    Penny has been involved with Scouting since 1998, when her oldest son started as a Bear in Cub Scouts. Both of her sons have now earned the rank of Eagle. 


    Penny has lived in Catawba since 2006 and works as a Licensed Customs Broker. She is the founding Scoutmaster of Troop 1327.

    Tari has been an active leader with Troop 327 since her sons started in scouting in 2017. Both her sons have achieved the Eagle Rank and she has now taken on assisting with the Girls Troop.
